3. Referral Program Terms

To support the Australian healthcare network, we offer a Referral Bonus for successful introductions.

  • The Reward: A $1,000 Referral Bonus is payable for successful placements.

  • Eligibility: You must have the candidate’s permission to share their details.

  • Payment Milestone: The Referral Bonus is earned and payable only after the Referred Candidate completes twenty (20) cumulative days of professional placement (shifts) within six (6) months of their initial start date.Extensions may be granted at the Agency's discretion for medical leave or facility cancellations

  • Payment Milestone (Permanent): Payable after the candidate passes their 3-month probation period.

  • Exclusions: Only applicable to candidates not already in our active database. Bonuses are for recruitment services only and are not linked to clinical outcomes or patient volume.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, logos, and "modern physician" branding—is the property of Bay Health Staff. You may not reproduce this content for commercial use without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Health Staff is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website. Our liability is limited to the resupply of our recruitment services.
